Aleena Shaju is a Junior Accountant at Walshs, focusing on preparing tax returns while delivering a high level of client service. With a Master of Accounting and Certified Management Accounting qualification attained in the U.S., Aleena brings strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting clients with accurate and timely tax solutions.

Alex has been an accountant at Walshs since 2021. With a focus on delivering second-to-none client service, Alex is committed to providing the best possible outcome for all Walshs clients.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Advanced Business (Hon) with majors in Accounting, Business Analytics, and Finance from the University of Queensland and is a provisional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Ali joined Walshs in 2024 as an assistant in the Lending Team. As a qualified hairdresser, Ali developed exceptional skills in building strong client relationships, which she later applied during her experience in car finance. Her goal with Walshs is to continue her professional development and become a fully qualified mortgage broker.

Alyssa joined the team in 2025, bringing over five years of experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant. Since 2020, she has supported brokers by managing documentation, coordinating applications, and ensuring compliance throughout the mortgage process. Alyssa holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting, equipping her with strong financial expertise and exceptional attention to detail. She is passionate about optimizing processes and helping brokers deliver a seamless, stress-free experience for clients.

Amit started his career in accounting in 2017 and has been an accountant at Walshs since he joined the team in 2020.

Throughout his career, Amit has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional client service. He is known for his ability to simplify complex financial information, ensuring clients fully understand their financial position and making informed decisions.

Amit holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Professional Accounting degree. He is a full member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, which reflects his dedication to maintaining high standards of professionalism and expertise. With his deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, Amit is adept at offering tailored advice that helps clients optimise their financial strategies, manage risk, and achieve their business goals.

Andrew holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and brings over 20 years of experience in the financial planning industry. As a former adviser and business owner, he offers valuable insights and expertise to the team.

Ashleigh first joined Walshs in 2022 and has steadily advanced within the company. Starting as a Client Service Coordinator (CSC), she was promoted to Personal Assistant, and now proudly serves as the Executive Assistant to Simon Farmer (Managing Director).

Ava Merolla joined the team in 2025 and plays a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support across both the financial planning and accounting divisions. Ava’s strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability make her an invaluable asset to the team’s success.

Ayden joined the Walshs Wealth Health team in July 2024. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at UQ with a duel major in Accounting and Finance.
