Caroline is a valued member of the Investment Implementation Team, working closely with Nigel to deliver strategic outcomes. She brings four years of experience as an underwriter in consumer retail insurance, complemented by more than 20 years of expertise in the banking sector. Caroline is known for her strong analytical skills and enjoys problem-solving, which aligns with her professional approach.

Carolyn has been working at Walshs since 2017 and has over 20 years’ experience in administration. Carolyn is always willing to take on new roles and develop her skills to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. She is always able to assist the team with any questions or tasks, and is instrumental in ensuring the business runs smoothly.

Chenoa possesses experience in compliance, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply diverse legislative and regulatory obligations within complex organisational settings. She has overseen staff performance and contributed to the development of constructive, supportive workplace cultures. Currently in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at QUT, Chenoa is committed to leveraging her analytical capability, regulatory insight, and people‑focused approach in an HR Coordinator capacity, contributing effectively to the Walshs team.

For over 38 years, Cheryl has worked as a bookkeeper and is knowledgeable in all facets of bookkeeping. Cheryl joined the Walshs team in 2017. As the manager of the bookkeeping team she supervises accounting and bookkeeping tasks, BAS and IAS, superannuation, Workcover and compliance for a variety of clients and entities.

Cheryl specialises in on-boarding new clients and seeing them through from initial set up to end of year processing and communicating along the way with one-on-one training and support. Her passion is to see her clients grow and achieve their goals and dreams and assisting them along the way.

Cheryl has a Certificate IV in Financial Services and is a registered BAS agent and a member of the Australian Bookkeepers Association.

With experience supporting novated leases for Queensland Government employees, Chi has developed a strong foundation in the salary packaging industry. Now working as a Salary Packaging Assistant, she is committed to delivering clear communication, accurate guidance, and a positive client experience. Her focus is to help clients maximise their benefits while feeling supported, informed, and confident throughout their salary packaging journey.

Chloe joined the Walshs team in 2025 after relocating to Brisbane, bringing with her 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation from New Zealand. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Otago.

As a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), Chloe is dedicated to providing high-quality tax advice and delivering personalised, client-focused service.

Claudia has been at Walshs since 2026, she brings over two years of banking experience, specialising in customer service as a call handler and providing cross‑departmental support, including assisting the complaints team. Her strong performance led to a promotion into a supervisory position, where she helped manage a team of ten in partnership with her manager.
