Lachlan is currently completing the final two subjects of his Bachelor of Business & Commerce, majoring in Finance and Management & Leadership. Before joining Walshs, Lachlan gained valuable experience working in an accounting firm for a year. His background also includes multiple customer service roles including customer service and management within hospitality

Louis Hughes is currently in his professional year, working towards becoming a financial adviser. Having joined Walshs in 2023, and working in the industry since 2021, he has gained experience and knowledge in a wide range of areas such as personal risk insurance, investments, and lending.

In his spare time, Louis enjoys reading about market trends and exploring new investment strategies. His goal is to empower clients with the information they need, to make informed decisions and succeed. With a blend of enthusiasm and expertise, Louis strives to make financial planning a breeze.

Lucy joined Walshs in 2021 as Matt Gellweiler’s Personal Assistant. She has since become a key part of our Wealth Health Division as Team Leader and also works closely with our General Manager, Annabelle Clare, as Operations Assistant. With a strong focus on ensuring high client standards, Lucy is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and the team.

Luke is a Financial Adviser at Walshs and started his career at there in 2024, starting in the accounting division. After gaining tax and compliance knowledge within the accounting sector, he transitioned to join the advice team under the leadership and guidance of Peter Hodgson. Luke now specializes in the financial wellbeing and planning of medical professionals within the public & private sector.

Luke prides himself on providing financial education to his clients so they have the knowledge of what can be achieved during their working life and beyond. Luke regularly presents at financial events for medical professionals throughout Queensland and presents at high schools to provide financial literacy to the younger generation.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and International Business and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
