Lachlan is currently completing the final two subjects of his Bachelor of Business & Commerce, majoring in Finance and Management & Leadership. Before joining Walshs, Lachlan gained valuable experience working in an accounting firm for a year. His background also includes multiple customer service roles including customer service and management within hospitality

Lauren is the Personal Assistant and Client Service Coordinator to Stewart McLeod. She initially joined the team in August 2024, took a year abroad, and has now returned to resume her role. With over three years of experience as a Personal Assistant and a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service, Lauren provides critical support to daily operations and ensures a professional, seamless experience for clients and the broader team.

Louis Hughes is currently in his professional year, working towards becoming a financial adviser. Having joined Walshs in 2023, and working in the industry since 2021, he has gained experience and knowledge in a wide range of areas such as personal risk insurance, investments, and lending.

In his spare time, Louis enjoys reading about market trends and exploring new investment strategies. His goal is to empower clients with the information they need, to make informed decisions and succeed. With a blend of enthusiasm and expertise, Louis strives to make financial planning a breeze.

Lucy joined Walshs in 2021 as Matt Gellweiler’s Personal Assistant. She has since become a key part of our Wealth Health Division as Team Leader and also works closely with our General Manager, Annabelle Clare, as Operations Assistant. With a strong focus on ensuring high client standards, Lucy is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and the team.

Luke Mackie joined Walshs Accounting in 2024 as part of the Wealth Health team. In 2025, Luke transitioned to WALSHS Financial Planning, taking on the role of Provisional Advisor to Peter Hodgson. With a strong foundation in taxation and financial planning, Luke aims to enhance clients’ financial positions and improve their financial literacy. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in finance and international business and is currently completing a postgraduate diploma in financial planning.
