Caroline is known for her strong analytical skills and enjoys problem-solving, which aligns with her professional approach.

Jade Lee brings over two decades of experience in both retail and institutional finance, having worked with leading global and Australian institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Rothschild, National Australia Bank, and Morgans. Since beginning her career in 2001, Jade has developed extensive expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and client-focused solutions.

Nigel brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held diverse roles throughout his career, including financial planner. For the past 11 years, he served as Compliance and Investment Manager for a mid-sized licensee, where he was responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence and overseeing investment strategies. Nigel is passionate about the value of high-quality advice for clients and is committed to sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster professional growth and excellence.

Tim McAllister joined Walshs as an Investment Analyst in 2020 and has since become an integral member of the financial planning team. He contributes valuable research and analysis to the Walshs Investment Committee while also actively reviewing client portfolios.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (First Class Honours) from The University of Queensland in 2023.
