Since beginning his advisory career in 2015, Daniel has developed a strong reputation for delivering clear, strategic financial guidance tailored to the needs of medical professionals. Joining Walshs in 2021, Daniel now leads the firm’s Doctors-in-Training advice team, where he specialises in working with Registrar and Consultant Doctors. His focus is on helping clients establish solid financial foundations early in their careers – setting them up for long-term success.<br>

Daniel’s advice spans a wide range of areas including investment strategy, property acquisition, personal insurance, superannuation, and budgeting. His personalised, practical approach ensures that clients receive advice that is not only technically sound but also aligned with their lifestyle, career stage, and long-term goals.

In his spare time, you will find Daniel spending time with his wife and two young children, running or doing a spot of fishing with his son Henry.

Daniel started at Walshs in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and has recently completed his Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Darole started as a Loan Manager with Walshs in 2022, he comes with 34 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance industry throughout Australia, with extensive experience in Consumer Banking and Commercial Banking throughout that time.

Darole holds a Diploma of Business, a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He has a customer focus and understanding to be able to assist customers with all their finance needs.

Donna is the manager of the Walshs Mortgage Broking team, first starting with the firm in 2004. Donna is focused on helping clients find the best solution for their lending needs, from homes to medical practices.

Donna holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking a Diploma of Financial Markets, a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning, and a Certificate in Governance and Risk Management. Donna is a JP and an affiliated member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
