Matt joined Walshs in 2022 with over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently Matt spent 10 years with BT/Westpac with the last 5 being in their Insurance Distribution team.

Nicole is a dedicated client services and insurance administration professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has supported both risk-only and holistic advisers, case-managed for underwriters, assisted clients within business banking, and contributed to sales teams across major retail insurance providers. After taking time to grow her family and successfully run and sell her own local business, Nicole has recently returned to the industry with renewed energy, a client-first mindset, and a broad range of practical experience.

Stuard Graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He joined Walshs in March 2025 and is currently a member of the Implementation Team, specialising in insurance and investment implementation, as well as client retention.
