The opportunity
In the past, Dr Loo had been disappointed in the accounting firms he had worked with. He was consistently finding that their lack of customer service, turnover of key staff and lack of communication with him meant that he was unable to obtain the right information or advice when he needed it. Hours spent waiting for call backs or trying to track down the right staff member to speak to meant Dr Loo was on the lookout for a new accounting firm who placed a high focus on their clients’ needs.
The solution
Dr Loo’s son had been a client of Walshs for several years and recommended that his parents turn to them for help. Dr Loo and his wife have never looked back. In the lead up to retirement three years ago, Walshs provided comprehensive accounting, taxation and financial planning advice to Dr Loo for his medical practice.
