Adya is an experienced Investment Implementation Specialist at Walshs Financial Planning, with nearly six years in the financial services industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Canberra and is nearing completion of her Master’s in International Economics and Finance at the University of Queensland. Known for her precision and client-focused approach, Adya ensures the seamless execution of investment strategies that align with clients’ long-term financial goals.

Luke has been working at Walshs as part of our insurance team since August 2022.

With a passion for learning and working in a collaborative team, he plans to continue to develop his skills to ensure Walshs clients are provided with the best service possible.

Matt joined Walshs in 2022 with over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently Matt spent 10 years with BT/Westpac with the last 5 being in their Insurance Distribution team.

Stuard Graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He joined Walshs in March 2025 and is currently a member of the Implementation Team, specialising in insurance and investment implementation, as well as client retention.

Tim McAllister joined Walshs as an Investment Analyst in 2020 and has since become an integral member of the financial planning team. He contributes valuable research and analysis to the Walshs Investment Committee while also actively reviewing client portfolios.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (First Class Honours) from The University of Queensland in 2023.
