Ashleigh first joined Walshs in 2022 and has steadily advanced within the company. Starting as a Client Service Coordinator (CSC), she was promoted to Personal Assistant, and now proudly serves as the Executive Assistant to Simon Farmer (Managing Director).

With a commitment to providing holistic care to clients, Ashleigh continually strives to enhance the client experience through attentive service and comprehensive support. Her journey within the company reflects not only her professional achievements but also her unwavering dedication to client well-being.

Ava Merolla joined the team in 2025 and plays a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support across both the financial planning and accounting divisions. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities, from managing client documentation to streamlining internal processes, ensuring operational efficiency. Ava’s strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability make her an invaluable asset to the team’s success.

Briar Te Rangiita joined Walshs in 2026 as a Client Services Coordinator, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience. Originally from New Zealand, Briar has recently relocated to Brisbane and enjoys building new relationships both within the firm and with clients.

Daniel started at Walshs in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and has recently completed his Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Daniel is passionate about delivering a great client experience through communication and availability to our client’s needs.

After graduating from Havelock North High School in 2017, Georgia completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at Massey University in 2023. Georgia’s professional background includes roles with Mainfreight Ltd’s Head Office from 2019 to 2023 and a retail community team from 2024 to 2026, where strong skills in communication, teamwork, and relationship building were developed.

Kasey began her role as a Client Services Coordinator at the end of 2025, bringing a strong background in customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. She brings a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Her background in customer service has equipped her with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Furthermore, her adaptability and attention to detail allow her to thrive in fast-paced corporate environments, where collaboration and efficiency are key.

Kristyn joined Walshs in 2026 as a Client Services Coordinator. She brings a diverse background across client services, events, administration, allied health, marketing and graphic design. Kristyn is a natural problem-solver who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering support that makes a meaningful difference.

Lachlan is currently completing the final two subjects of his Bachelor of Business & Commerce, majoring in Finance and Management & Leadership. Before joining Walshs, Lachlan gained valuable experience working in an accounting firm for a year. His background also includes multiple customer service roles including customer service and management within hospitality

Lucy joined Walshs in 2021 as Matt Gellweiler’s Personal Assistant. She has since become a key part of our Wealth Health Division as Team Leader and also works closely with our General Manager, Annabelle Clare, as Operations Assistant. With a strong focus on ensuring high client standards, Lucy is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and the team.

Madison joined Walshs in 2026, she holds over four years of administrative and personal assistant experience. She supports the day‑to‑day operations of the business and helps ensure clients receive a seamless, positive experience. In her role as P.A. to Katie Brock and Client Service Coordinator, Madison provides reliable client support and works closely with the wider team to maintain efficient and consistent service.

Meg started at Walshs in 2022. With over six years of experience in administration and client services, Meg is dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth operations within the team. As the Personal Assistant to Hugh Walsh, Meg’s strong communication and organisational skills enable her to consistently deliver friendly and efficient client experiences. 

Mel has recently joined the team as Personal Assistant to Hugh Walsh, bringing with her a wealth of C‑suite Executive support experience gained across a diverse range of industries. With a strong foundation built on a Bachelor of Arts, she is known for her energy, relationship‑driven approach, and commitment to delivering seamless operational support. Mel thrives on creating meaningful connections and ensuring colleagues and clients alike experience exceptional, reliable service.

Natasha joined the team in 2026 and provides comprehensive administrative support across the Financial Planning division. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Business with majors in Finance and Property Economics, which she aims to use as a foundation for her development and contribution during her time at Walshs.

Ruby first joined Walshs in 2024 as a receptionist, where she developed a strong foundation in client service. In 2025, she returned as a Client Services Coordinator, bringing with her a wealth of front-line experience and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care. In this role, Ruby is dedicated to ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported, and confident in the service they receive.

Tash joined Walshs in March 2025. After relocating from Melbourne to Brisbane, she has continued to provide high-level support marked by meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Known for her warm, approachable nature and unwavering dedication, she thrives in roles that require both precision and a human touch.

Tiarna Tse joined Walshs in 2025 and provides comprehensive marketing and communications support across the organisation. She holds a Bachelor of Communication with a major in Digital Media and a minor in Journalism, bringing a strong foundation in content development, digital engagement, and strategic storytelling. Tiarna plays a key role in managing campaigns, producing marketing collateral, and supporting internal communications, contributing to the firm’s brand presence and overall effectiveness through her attention to detail and proactive approach.

Tilly joined Walshs in 2023, bringing a strong background in customer service from roles focused on positive client outcomes and effective communication. She began her career at Walshs as Tyson Rech’s Client Services Coordinator, later progressing into the role of his Personal Assistant, where she strengthened her commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. In late 2025, Tilly moved into the role of Wealth Health Team Leader. In this position, she supports her team to deliver high quality returns and plays an important role in developing the next generation of Walshs accountants so they can continue to provide outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Tom joined Walshs in June 2024 as part of the Financial Planning Team. With three years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a solid foundation to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Business (International) and a Bachelor of Business Administration, achieved through an enriching year of study abroad in Paris. Recently, he earned his Master of Applied Finance and is eager to deepen his expertise in the finance industry. Tom is passionate about elevating the overall client experience and is always looking for innovative ways to enhance his skills.

Trish is an experienced business owner, having operated her own business supporting women in the birthing world since 2006. In 2018, Trish joined Walshs as an administrator in the accounts department, to seek out opportunities for additional knowledge and stimulation. Enjoying her role with Walshs, she became a permanent and valued member of the Walshs Team in 2020.

Waiata started at Walshs early August of 2024 and joined the Wealth Health Team as a Client Service Co-Ordinator.

She has previously worked in customer service which has given her great communication and people skills as well as an outgoing personality which she will bring to the workplace.

Waiata is looking forward to gaining skills in a professional work environment and meeting new people.

Yasmynn brings over six years of experience in administration and client support, complemented by four years of entrepreneurial experience as the owner and operator of a beauty salon. This background has strengthened her capabilities in customer relations, business operations, and team coordination. She holds several professional certifications, including a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is currently completing a Diploma of Leadership and Management to further enhance her leadership, management, and professional development skills.
