1 - Pre-Qualify

Get an estimate of how much you can borrow by completing our pre-qualification process. This includes income and expense verification and completion of a budget with a team member.

2 - Submit Application

We submit your completed application form and supporting documents.

3 - Conditional Approval

Once the lender has reviewed your application they will provide a conditional approval and this is valid for 90 days. Your approval is subject to valuation and no adverse changes to your situation.

4 - Formal Approval

Once all conditions have been met, your home loan will go unconditional.

5 - Settlement

Your solicitor or conveyancer will direct your lender to make the final settlement payments to the vendor.
