Ali joined Walshs in 2024 as an assistant in the Lending Team. As a qualified hairdresser, Ali developed exceptional skills in building strong client relationships, which she later applied during her experience in car finance. Her goal with Walshs is to continue her professional development and become a fully qualified mortgage broker.

Ben joined Walshs in 2024, as apart of the lending and financial planning team. As a client service coordinator with a strong foundation in financial services, Ben strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

Previously, Ben had studied a Bachelor of Business at QUT and holds a Certification IV in Finance & Mortgage Brokering.

Carolyn has been working at Walshs since 2017 and has over 20 years’ experience in administration. Carolyn is always willing to take on new roles and develop her skills to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. She is always able to assist the team with any questions or tasks, and is instrumental in ensuring the business runs smoothly.

Darole started as a Loan Manager with Walshs in 2022, he comes with 34 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance industry throughout Australia, with extensive experience in Consumer Banking and Commercial Banking throughout that time.

Darole holds a Diploma of Business, a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He has a customer focus and understanding to be able to assist customers with all their finance needs.

Donna is the manager of the Walshs Mortgage Broking team, first starting with the firm in 2004. Donna is focused on helping clients find the best solution for their lending needs, from homes to medical practices.

Donna holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking a Diploma of Financial Markets, a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning, and a Certificate in Governance and Risk Management. Donna is a JP and an affiliated member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Justin joined Walshs in 2025 with 5 years of experience as a mortgage broker. He has experience with residential, commercial and smsf lending having helped everyone from first home buyers to clients with complex investment strategies.

Justin holds a Cert IV in mortgage brokering and a Diploma of Finance.

Taylah joined Walshs Financial Planning in November of 2022 as a Clients Service Coordinator for the Lending Team, bringing with her a wealth of experience a strong commitment to exceptional client service. With a background in hospitality management. Taylah developed a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, which seamlessly translates into her current role as a Mortgage Broker. She holds a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and is dedicated to helping clients navigate the often complex world home financing.

Taylah is driven by a desire to find the right lending solutions for each individual, whether it’s helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership or supporting healthcare professionals in starting their medical practices. With her expertise, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Taylah ensure a smooth and positive journey with every step of the lending process
